Then get in touch with us!\n Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000\nPosition Summary\nMaintains and repairs production equipment on all levels, keeping down time to a minimum. Also provides a safe working environment and practices safe working habits.\n Essential Function\nRepairs various mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components (e.g. cylinders, valves, drives, etc.) installed on production machines\nTroubleshoots and diagnoses problems and or failures of automated equipment and initiates repair\nAdjusts and replaces various electrical sensors used for proper operation of assembly machine\nPerforms preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment on special runs to ensure safe reliable operation and makes suggestions for improvement\nPerforms machine changeovers and replaces tooling as needed\nOpens/closes facility; startup/shut down equipment\nUses metal working equipment such as powered hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators\nHandles some spill responses and pest control as needed\nChangeover to generator power in emergency situations\nRigging and moving of machinery as needed\nReads and interprets equipment manuals, drawings and schematics\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities\nKnowledge of machine operation of pneumatics, ladder logic, basic electrical systems, and operation of PLC equipment required\nWelding and machinery experience a plus\nForklift and scissor lift certifications required\nEducation / Experience\nAssociate’s degree or equivalent from a two year Technical school w/ 2 years’ experience repairing PLC controlled equipment OR a minimum of a HSD and 6 years’ experience repairing PLC controlled equipment required\n3-5 years’ manufacturing industry experience required\nThis is a 1st shift position from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive compensation packages\nPaid Time Off (starts at 17 days a year)\nMedical, Dental, Vision\nGenerous 401k match\nEducation tuition reimbursement program\nOpportunities for Advancement\nComprehensive Training Program and access to Online Learning\nWorking together to make over 2 billion connections every year.
