Will also be responsible for providing support to the CNC department by programming, set-up, and troubleshooting.\nEssential Functions \nCNC programming utilizing CAD/CAM software; preferably ESPRIT\nResponsible for released machines, tools, and processes\nProvide process documentation (work instructions, box counts, operator training documents, etc.)\nLead cross-functional teams to develop PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagrams\nPerform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential changes in production methods\nDrive continuous improvement of existing processes to reduce waste\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities\nMust be able to work in a team setting\nExperience with automated machinery\nAnalytical, able to solve complex technical problems\nAble to read and interpret mechanical drawings\nExperience with Solidworks and/or equivalent 3d modeling software\nPFMEA, PFD, and control plan experience\nEducation / Experience\nBachelor’s degree in
