We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.\nWhat is the role:\nWe’re seeking a highly organized, hands-on Business Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across the company.\nThis person will sit at the intersection of business operations, project management, and execution. They will own high-priority managing security and technical initiatives, while also serving as a cross-functional member of the business operations team.\nThe ideal candidate is an exceptional project manager who is equally comfortable building structure around complex projects, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, and jumping into the details to get things done. They should have a strong background in business operations and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. They should also bring a strong understanding of SOC 2 and hands-on experience leading compliance initiatives from the ground up. This person will be the primary driver of our SOC 2 program, establishing the roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing implementation, evidence collection, and audit preparation from inception through completion.\nWhat you'll do:\nBusiness Operations & Security Project Management Support\nTake ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects as they arise.\n\nOwn and drive SOC2 operations and processes.\nPartner with internal teams including People, IT, Finance, Security, and Operations to support employee and business needs.\n\nExpertly project manage across teams on operational high-visibility, high-impact technical projects.\n\nDrive documentation, evidence collection, process improvements, and cross-functional follow-up related to compliance and business operations.\n\nEstablish project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.\n\nDrive accountability across stakeholders and ensure deliverables stay on track.\n\nIdentify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively work to resolve them.\n\nEnsure projects are completed with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and urgency.\n\nWhat you'll need:\n4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, program management, strategy, management consulting, or a related field.\n\nExceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to independently drive complex, cross-functional projects to completion.\n\nStrong experience working with SOC 2.\n\nStrong organizational skills and an exceptional attention to detail-you naturally create structure, establish priorities, and keep things moving.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a bias toward practical solutions and execution.\n\nExperience in a startup, high-growth technology, fintech, or crypto environment is a plus.\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience;
