• Provide management with accurate feedback on future buying trends.
• Gather customer and market information, including price variations.
• Generate sales leads and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate sales activities with marketing programmes.
• Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Collect deposits and outstanding balances from clients.
• Maintain sales records and review sales performance.
• Handle tenders and bids.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing and customer service.
• Understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Sage Evolution 200.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
