The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our robust information security framework, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and leading our security initiatives to new heights.\nWhat you'll do\nLead the identification and mitigation of vulnerabilities within our security architecture, advancing our defense mechanisms against emerging threats;\nMaintain and exceed compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards, embodying a culture of continuous improvement in our security practices;\nDirect security dialogue with customers and partners, reinforcing OfficeRnD’s commitment to data security and integrity;\nConduct comprehensive internal audits, access reviews, and security training sessions, including sophisticated phishing awareness programs;\nImplement and refine risk management strategies to proactively address potential security threats;\nDevelop, enforce, and periodically review information security policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements;\nServe as the primary information security advisor within the organization, promoting a proactive approach to data protection and compliance.\nWhat you need to succeed\n2 + years of direct experience in information security and compliance.
