If you love solving real-world problems with clean code, you’ll fit right in.\nAbout the role\nFixed-term: 18 months (maternity cover). \nWe're looking for a Product Manager to own a product area of OfficeRnD Workplace - a lean, fast-moving product line with live customers and real growth potential. The roadmap isn't set in stone with only delivery left - there is real room to shape it. Working closely with a senior product leader, who will support you on major decisions, you'll influence the area's strategy and roadmap and turn it into business results.\nIt suits someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who moves fast, learns from customers and the market, and stays focused on outcomes.\nWhat you'll do\nDrive results for your area - adoption, retention and revenue - against agreed goals;\nBuild the roadmap and business cases, with guidance from senior product leadership on strategy and key trade-offs;\nDefine requirements, prioritize and ship with your Product Designer, Engineering Lead and cross-functional team;\nTalk to customers regularly and use research, analytics and experiments to decide what to build;\nWork hand in hand with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success - a large part of the job. Shape positioning and messaging, support deals and key customer conversations, drive adoption and retention, and bring market feedback back into the roadmap.\nWhat success looks like\nIn 30 days - Got to know the product, its customers and the team;\nIn 6 months - Moved business metrics through product experiments and initiatives.
