issues to maintain system stability.\nAchieve key performance indicators aligned to the overall technology strategy and strategic objectives.\n\nGovernance, Compliance, and Safety: \nEnsure all requirements and documentation comply with established governance and security standards.\nMaintain documentation and vendor engagement in compliance with applicable laws and policies.\nIdentify and report site hazards or incidents to ensure timely corrective action is taken.\n\nTechnical Accountability and Performance: \nDemonstrate full accountability for interface reliability and integration monitoring.\nRapidly resolve failures to minimize integration downtime.\nMaintain comprehensive API documentation to support enterprise standards.\n\nWho you will be working with: \nInternal Delivery Teams: SAP BTP Administrator, SAP Developers, and SAP BTP Developers.\nInternal Partners: Developers, SAP Security, SAP BASIS, and Functional Analysts.\nExternal Partners: SAP and Integration Vendors.\n\nWhat success looks like: \nConnectivity Excellence: Achieving an Interface Success Rate of 99.5%.\nOperational Responsiveness: Maintaining an MTTR for integration failures of 1 hour.\nDocumentation Standards: Ensuring 100% API Documentation Coverage.\nRelease Quality: Minimal integration failures and high-quality functional delivery\n\nIndividual Contributor: \nLives our
