The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the evolving sports media landscape.\nResponsibilities\nManage the NFL Advertising Policy for broadcast partners, collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Public Relations, Government Affairs, and others, to evaluate emerging advertising categories, marketplace developments, and policy enhancements.\nOversee review and approval processes for broadcast partner advertising, sponsorship, promotional inventory, halftime entertainment content, and other game-related elements to ensure compliance with League standards and policies.\nSupport day-to-day administration of the Broadcast Compliance Screening Program, which evaluates live NFL game broadcasts and licensed programming for adherence to League requirements across advertising, sponsorship, promotion, and related categories.\nAssist in the identification, documentation, and resolution of compliance issues with League broadcast partners.\nManage departmental administrative processes, including invoice processing, contract routing, and related workflow management.\nCoordinate and provide support for internal and external meetings, presentations, reporting, and business reviews.\nContribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and additional departmental responsibilities as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree required.\nMinimum of 4 to 5+ years of experience in sports media, broadcasting, media rights, or a related field.\nDemonstrated knowledge of the sports media ecosystem, including media rights agreements, broadcast operations, and content distribution.\nOther Key Attributes / Characteristics\nExceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines effectively.\nProven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, live-event environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to build productive relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior leaders.\nSelf-motivated, proactive professional with a high level of accountability and ownership.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nTerms / Expected Hours of Work\nWeekend work and additional hours may be required around NFL games, event commitments, and business deadlines.\nOccasional travel may be required in connection with the planning and execution of NFL games and events.\nSalary / Pay Range\nThis job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified.
