Apply and join us!\nAbout the Job\nWe are looking for a B2C Growth Marketing Manager to help build, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media, lifecycle email, content marketing, and digital growth channels.\nThis role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys owning campaigns across multiple channels and using performance data to improve results. You will work closely with internal marketing teammates to create content, run campaigns, and continuously improve performance.\nThe ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, comfortable developing content and campaigns while also using data to understand performance and optimize future marketing efforts.\nAbout the Team\nOur marketing team focuses on building meaningful relationships with our audience across multiple channels including social media, email lifecycle marketing, content, and community engagement.\nWe are a collaborative team that works closely together to plan campaigns, experiment with new ideas, and learn from performance data. This role will partner with marketers responsible for brand, growth, and campaign execution.\nWhat You Will Do\n1. End-User Retention & Lifecycle Marketing\nRetention Architecture: Build and optimize automated lifecycle journeys designed to increase \"return learners\" and reduce churn within our subscription products.\n\nHabit-Forming Engagement: Manage newsletters, technical deep-dives, and community-driven communications that keep OffSec top-of-mind between certification attempts.\n\nSmart Segmentation: Utilize learner data to create personalized \"next step\" recommendations, guiding students from entry-level certs to advanced specializations.\n\n2. Product Launches & Promotion Strategy\nLaunch Execution: Partner with Product Marketing to lead the B2C execution for new course launches and certifications, ensuring the community is primed and ready to \"Try Harder.\"\n\nPromotional Engine: Design and coordinate high-conversion marketing promotions, including holiday sales, bundle offers, and community contests.\n\nCreative Campaigns: Collaborate with brand and paid media teams to develop ad copy and creative assets that resonate with the individual cybersecurity practitioner.\n\nIncentive Management: Oversee \"swag\" distribution and prize fulfillment for community giveaways, ensuring a premium experience for winners.\n\n3. Analytics & Performance Optimization\nGrowth Metrics: Monitor full-funnel performance for the B2C segment, tracking key metrics like Retention Rate, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and Conversion-to-Purchase.\n\nContinuous Testing: Partner with the Marketing Ops team to create a rigorous lead-with-data testing across email subject lines, landing pages, and promotional offers to identify what moves the needle.\n\nMarket Insights: Support marketing tracking and analytics implementation to ensure we have a clear view of which promotions drive the highest ROI.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n4-7 years of experience in B2C digital marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing\n\nExperience executing marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, or digital marketing channels\n\nExperience managing and optimizing social media campaigns and content\n\nExperience running email marketing or lifecycle campaigns\n\nStrong writing and editing skills for marketing content\n\nComfort analyzing marketing performance and campaign metrics\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects\n\nNice to Have\nExperience using Hubspot or a similar lifecycle marketing platform\n\nExperience working with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Plausible\n\nFamiliarity with marketing tracking tools like Google Tag
