This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, owning full-cycle recruiting across a diverse set of functions including Go-To-Market (GTM), Technical, Cybersecurity, Finance, and Customer Support & Success.\nThis is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about building world-class teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, including:\nGo-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships)\n\nTechnical (Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure)\n\nCybersecurity\n\nFinance\n\nCustomer Support & Customer Success\n\nLead hiring efforts across APAC, with a strong focus on the Philippines.\n\nDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across global markets\n\nBuild strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).\n\nEnsure a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through the offer stage.\n\nManage and optimize interview processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with company standards.\n\nTrack and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress.\n\nSupport employer branding initiatives and contribute to building a strong talent brand globally, with a focus on APAC.\n\nCollaborate with global recruiting teams to drive consistency and share best practices.\n\nWhat You Bring\n3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or global organization.\n\nProven experience hiring across GTM, Technical, Cybersecurity, Finance, and Customer Support/Success roles.\n\nStrong understanding of APAC hiring markets, with a strong focus on the Philippines.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions across different functions and regions simultaneously.\n\nSkilled in sourcing passive candidates and building diverse talent pipelines.\n\nExperience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience working in a remote, globally distributed team environment.\n\nExperience in cybersecurity recruiting is a major plus.\n\nWorking conditions\nThis role is a full-time salaried position.
