As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:\nMembership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace\nBi-weekly All Team meetings\nMonthly reviews\nYour job is to help the Client succeed.\nOur job is to help you succeed.\nAbout the Client\nThe Roofing Operations Coordinator is the quality gate between the Sales and Operations teams. Every job the sales team signs passes through this role before it enters the production queue. You will confirm that each job is complete and accurate (scope, pricing, documentation, checklists and photos) and send anything that isn't back for correction.\nYou will also own the administrative work that moves a job from signed contract to completed roof. This includes supporting customer financing document upload, reconciling change orders, preparing permit applications and submitting manufacturer warranties. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, process-driven person who takes pride in getting things right and is comfortable holding others to a standard.\nResponsibilities\nJob Review and Approval (Gatekeeper to Operations)\nReview every job signed by the residential sales team before it is released to the production queue.\nVerify that scope of work and pricing are accurate and consistent with the contract and internal requirements.\nConfirm that all required job information is captured and that every sales checklist is fully completed.\nConfirm that all required photos are present and usable.\nApprove jobs that meet the standard and release them to production.\nWhen a job is incomplete or incorrect, flag the specific issues and send it back to the responsible salesperson for correction. Jobs do not move to production until corrections are made.\nTrack returned jobs through to resolution so nothing stalls.\nFinancing Support\nHelp facilitate customer financing on signed jobs.\nCollect required documentation from customers and the sales team.\nUpload documentation to lender portals and the job management system.\nMonitor application status and follow up on missing or outstanding items until funding is complete.\nChange Order Reconciliation\nReconcile change orders in ServiceTitan so that scope, pricing and invoicing reflect the work actually performed.\nIdentify discrepancies between the original contract, change orders and completed work, and escalate them to Sales or Production for resolution.\nPermit Support\nPrepare and enter permit applications in iPermit using information from the sales checklist.\nVerify that permit data is accurate and complete before submission.\nTrack permit status and flag delays or requests for additional information.\nRoof Warranty Registration\nSubmit manufacturer roof warranty applications for completed jobs.\nConfirm that all warranty requirements and documentation are met.\nTrack applications through issuance and file warranty documentation to the job record.\n\nRequirements\nRequired\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nExceptional attention to detail and a disciplined, checklist-driven approach to work.\nConfidence to hold colleagues to a standard and send incomplete work back for correction.\nAbility to manage a high volume of jobs at different stages without letting items fall through the cracks.\nAbility to work full time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.\nPreferred\nExperience in roofing, solar, construction or home services.\nExperience working in a CRM or field service management platform.\nHands-on experience with ServiceTitan.\nFamiliarity with U.S. building permit processes, consumer financing or manufacturer warranty programs.\nCompensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch)\nUp to $1450, depending on experience\n13th month pay\nPerformance-based bonuses\nComprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.\nAnnual continuing education budget to support professional development\nNote\nThe Client is not involved in compensation or benefits.
