including confirmations, prep and reminders\nKeeping the publication schedule on track and chasing whatever is outstanding\nUpdating website content in WordPress\nRequirements\nAt least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in project coordination\nAt least 1 year of hands on content publishing: uploading or scheduling content on YouTube, Spotify, a website CMS or an email platform\nExcellent written and spoken English, used regularly with people outside the Philippines\nExperience coordinating meetings, diaries, guests and contributors\nGood skills with Canva and preparing presentations and documents\nFamiliarity with Zoom, Riverside or a similar video or podcast platform\nFamiliarity with WordPress or another website content management system\nExperience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for summaries, research, show notes and repurposing content\nComfortable preparing newsletters and basic social media content\nHighly organised, comfortable managing
