And whoever we’re with, whatever we’re doing, we always make it real.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide first-level IT support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues.\n\nInstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.\n\nAssist in the maintenance of company networks and communication systems.\n\nSupport user account creation, password resets, and access management.\n\nMonitor and report IT system performance issues.\n\nAssist with data backup and recovery procedures.\n\nMaintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment.\n\nSupport implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.\n\nDocument technical procedures and user guides.\n\nEnsure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.\n\nSkills and Competencies\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.\n\nStrong attention to detail.\n\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism.\n\nofi is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
