In addition to duties outlined as Branch Supervisor, the Branch Manager will also adhere to performance metrics for profitability, sales production, customer acquisition and outside sale activities. Managing the success of the branch and each individual team member will be key.\nThe Branch Manager will develop and grow customer relationships, promotes products and services, and deliver efficient operation. Duties in this role include overseeing daily branch opening/closing, customer service, transaction processing, and reconciliation tasks and activities. This role schedules, manages, and trains branch staff. Including sales management of bankers who sell products, and tellers referring customers. Ensures staff understands and follows all company policies and procedures to maintain required security, operational, and service quality standards. The Branch Manager is accountable for financial operational and customer satisfaction goals for the branch. They resolve escalated customer or operations issues.\nThey will coordinate with other partners to promote products, represent the bank in the community, and schedule meetings to promote bank products and services.\nOBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerformance Metrics\nManages the growth and profitability of a retail branch location.\nDevelops team and coaches them to meet high standards of performance.\nEnsures completion of operational tasks, staying compliant with policy and procedure. \nParticipates in community engagement events and customer acquisition strategies. Including Chamber, Bank at Work, Rotary, etc. \nProactively sources and nourishes relationships to support sales goals. \nAdhering to duties as outline in branch supervisor role.\nLEADERSHIP:\nPromote and encourage F&M culture and values; promotes a highly engaged and productive work environment, where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues and can realize their best lives.\nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation and/or Experience:\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in relevant area and/or 5 years related experience. \n2 years of prior leadership experience \nABA certifications for Personal Banker and Leadership \nKnowledge and Skills:\nExcellent interpersonal skills, collegial, approachable, and genuine\nCollaborative - team player\nAttention to Detail\nAcknowledges responsibility and can take decisive action when warranted.\nResults Oriented\nEmpathetic leader with high emotional intelligence in dealing with peers and subordinates. \nExceptional communication skills both written and oral along with good presentation skills\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\nCertificates and Licenses\n· Valid Driver’s License\n· Notary Public\n· Medallion Signature Guarantee Bonding (where applicable)\nCOMPLIANCE:\n· As generally applicable to F&M Bank and commensurate with these job functions, this job role includes accountabilities for following Bank policies and related procedures, as well as regulatory requirements involving federal and state laws, regulations, and related guidance.\n· Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), including accurate completion of Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) when applicable, Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and the USA PATRIOT Act.
