The Role

Ofload is scaling, and we need a natural hunter to help fuel that growth. As Sales Executive, you'll be out in the market every day - sourcing your own leads, opening doors, and turning conversations into customers. You won't be doing it alone: you'll work closely with your Leader, have a supportive Commercial team behind you to help shape solutions, navigate bigger opportunities, and back you as you build your pipeline. It's a high-energy, high-autonomy role inside a genuinely vibrant team that backs people who go and get it.

What you'll be doing:

• Prospecting and self-sourcing new business opportunities across the Australian logistics market
• Chasing new logos - this role is about winning new customers, not managing existing ones
• Understanding client freight needs and shaping tailored solutions with support from the wider team
• Building sales collateral and pitches alongside Commercial
• Getting out to industry events and conferences to build your own network
• Running negotiations through to signed contracts
• Keeping your pipeline and CRM up to date and reporting on progress

About you:

• 2+ years in a Sales Executive or BDM role within transport, logistics, or freight, sales, or new-business role
• A hunter through and through - you get a kick out of the chase, not just the close
• Some exposure to Australian logistics or a related industry
• Sharp communicator, confident negotiator, comfortable presenting
• Self-starter who wants to grow inside a fast-moving, high-growth business
• Handy with a CRM
• Valid driver's licence, happy to travel
