This role is perfect for ambitious individuals seeking a challenging role in their careers and who possess a strong passion for both people and processes.\nAufgaben\nPeople & Operations\nDrives the quarterly goal-setting process and holds KPI owners accountable to their targets\nOversee all aspects of people operations, from recruitment to off-boarding\nLead, coach and develop a team of eight, including regular one-on-one's and performance reviews\nRun cross-team initiatives end-to-end (e.g. pricing changes, tooling migrations): plan, delegate & assign work and report on progress\nOwn the operational cost base: vendor/freelancer contracts, tooling spend, and budget decisions up to a set limit\nFoster our company culture and internal communication. Organise company retreats, run workshops, maintain our company handbook\nMonitor operational performance and flag issues before they become problems\nQualifikation\nRequirements\nAt least Bachelor's degree - we’re open to both Arts and Science degrees.\nStrong analytical skills.\nProven track record in a small company (10 to 30 employees).\nExcellent project management skills.\nGerman speaker at least level C2, fluent in English.\nCapable of multitasking, prioritising effectively, and solving problems in a dynamic environment.\nStrong leadership, management and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results and foster a collaborative team environment.\nThis role requires you to be based in Switzerland and to already hold a work permit for Switzerland.\nPlease note: we welcome applicants even if they are not a 100% match for the requirements listed.
