About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking, all-around Mixed-Methods Researcher to join our diverse, high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a bright, curious, and detail-oriented self-starter who brings a consultative mindset and sharp critical thinking skills to every project. As a highly adaptable player who can seamlessly navigate both qualitative and quantitative research, you will be passionate about using data to help clients drive strategic decisions and improve the end-customer experience. In this role, you will work directly with global, Fortune 500 clients, delivering impactful consulting projects to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute both quantitative and qualitative research projects from start to finish, including project design, vendor management, and operational oversight.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, design survey instruments and questionnaires, and implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy.
Program surveys on online platforms and coordinate the flow of data from multiple internal and external sources across cross-functional teams.
Analyze complex data, reveal underlying patterns, and synthesize information into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Build compelling, insights-based reports and produce clear, professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
Provide project management support-including tracking progress, managing resources, and delivering proactive, succinct updates to managers and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field from a top university.
3-5 years of experience in market research, customer experience management, or related fields, preferably with agency or client-side experience.
Proven ability as a critical thinker with strong capabilities in bothqualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze data and generate insights.
A consultative mindset backed by excellent communication skills to collaborate internally and engage effectively with external stakeholders.
Must be highly proficient in Excel (Functions, Pivot Tables, logical sorting) and possess strong PowerPoint skills for quickly creating professional, well-designed decks.
Experience with survey-based market research and programming tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Decipher, Qualtrics, Suzy, or My-Take).
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and workflow prioritization, combined with an independent work style and strong ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Advantageous: Familiarity with quantitative analysis techniques like Conjoint and MaxDiff, knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, R, STATA), or basic programming skills (SQL, Python).
