We are looking for ambitious and talented lawyers with big ideas to help shape the legal world of tomorrow.\nOur Luxembourg Funds team's latest opportunity for an Associate offers the perfect platform for success, allowing you to work closely with partners and high profile clients while driving innovation in what we do and how we do it.\nKey Responsibilities\n As part of our dynamic and multidisciplinary team, you will:\nHandle different regulatory matters, in particular: Fund setups in all aspects, including involvement from the outset of a file in the structuring of the fund, to managing complex closings with side letter review and issuance of legal opinions \nInvestor due diligence, including review of fund documents, issuing due diligence reports and assisting the investor with the negotiation of the fund documents, side letters and legal opinions\nOther significant regulatory work, such as setup of MiFID firms, AIFMs, Depositaries or Fund Administrations \n\nWork in a structured, supportive environment that cultivates professional development \nCollaborate with experienced lawyers while contributing to innovative legal strategies \nPlay a role in coaching and mentoring junior team members, supervising trainees, and nurturing talent within the team \nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nRegistered with the Luxembourg bar or a foreign EU bar. \nExperienced, with a minimum of 2-3 years PQE as funds lawyer and/or significant in-house position in Luxembourg\nKnowledgeable, with an impeccable command of relevant regulatory legislation\nSkilled, with solid project management capacities for leading the setup of regulated and unregulated funds, and communication / coordination with the CSSF\nBilingual or multilingual, with excellent English (both written and spoken) and French (spoken) language skills;
