\nPrepare fee proposals;\nEnsure timeliness of billing and debt collection;\nEnsure effective management of time, effort and resources in order to generate maximum efficiencies and maintain accurate time records at all times;\nEnsure work is compliant with procedures and standard documents;\nContribute to Knowledge Management (KM) information/system and ensure such contributions are accurate and current;\nBuild knowledge and experience in practice area to the highest standards;\nProvide support and guidance to more junior members of the team; and \nUndertake project work as required, support and deliver on initiatives identified and designated from time to time by supervising attorneys and partners.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nQualified Lawyer with a minimum of 2-5 years' post qualification experience; \nLLB (Hons) from a reputable tertiary institution in addition to strong academics, with minimum grades of 2:1 (or equivalent); \nExperience with a leading law firm in the areas of general corporate and commercial work with exposure to downstream private equity transactions, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory;\nMust have experience in leading on matters; \nGood interpersonal skills, effective communicator;\nExcellent time management skills;\nAbility to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solutions;\nStrong relationship management and client care skills;\nAbility to work effectively in a team;
