and\nContribute to internal projects (including any initiatives identified and designated by Heads of Service Line, Partners or Director of Business Development). \n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nQualified Lawyer with a minimum of 6+ years' post-qualification experience; \nLLB (Hons) from a reputable tertiary institution, with strong academic credentials and a minimum 2:1 classification (or equivalent);\nRelevant experience gained with a leading law firm in investment funds, private equity, regulatory advisory and/or general corporate and commercial matters; \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills;\nExcellent organisational and time management skills;\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and recommend appropriate solutions;
