Reporting to the Head of Art, this role is ideal for a highly skilled designer who blends strong craft with strategic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.\nYou’ll play a key role in developing compelling visual systems, campaign ideas, and brand expressions that connect with audiences and drive results. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape client pitches, the Ogilvy brand, and our story. The Presentation Designer should have the skills to translate complex concepts and business requirements into clear visual, graphic design articulations in shared presentation decks. The ideal talent has experience with large, iconic branding efforts, animation, basic motion graphics and most importantly, deck design. \nWhat You’ll Do \nPartner closely with Design Directors, Copywriters, Art Directors, Strategists, and Account teams to bring ideas and pitch presentations to life.\nTranslate briefs and business objectives into thoughtful, on-brand design solutions and develop design concepts to tell a visual story to clients.\nConcept and execute creative ideas and mockups in a compelling manner.\nMaintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.\nWork independently and as part of the larger pitch team with ability to triage multiple stakeholders’ feedback.\nQuickly gain an understanding of the story we are trying to tell to inform the design system and theme.\nIdentify stock art and photography to match stakeholder briefs.\nParticipate in relevant internal and external meetings - briefings, status, brainstorming sessions, and presentations.\nPresent work clearly and confidently to internal teams.\nPrioritize workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills.\nOrganize creative resources and assets libraries as needed.\nEnsure all deliverables meet high standards of creativity, consistency, and excellence.\nStay current on design trends, emerging platforms, culture, and new technologies.\nWhat You’ll Need \n3+ years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house, or studio environment.\nExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); AI Powered Design, PowerPoint, Figma and motion tools a plus.\nA portfolio that demonstrates strong presentation design, typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills.\nSharp, polished style with an eye for detail.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nComfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly in a collaborative environment\nAbility to manage a large volume of work at times. \nExcellent time management and organizational skills.\nSelf-starter mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.\nPositive attitude, curiosity, and passion for design excellence.\nHow We’ll Support You \nOgilvy celebrates its people.
