Personalized Possibilities.\nThe Housekeeping Supervisor leads by example, actively supporting hosts, driving accountability, and delivering service excellence through coaching, inspection, and real-time operational leadership.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nLeadership & Team Development\nLead, coach, and develop housekeeping hosts to deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with brand standards\nSupport performance management, including coaching, recognition, and corrective action in partnership with leadership\nFacilitate daily pre-shift meetings to reinforce priorities, service expectations, and engagement\nSupport onboarding and continuous training to ensure host success\nPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and respect across all operational areas\nGuest Experience & Service Excellence\nEnsure all guest rooms, cottages, and public areas meet or exceed cleanliness and presentation standards\nConduct inspections of arrivals, stayovers, and public spaces to verify readiness\nRespond to guest requests through HotSOS within established service timeframes\nLead service recovery efforts and resolve guest concerns professionally\nDeliver personalized touches that elevate the guest experience\nPartner with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest service\nOperations & Quality Control\nPerform daily inspections using established standards and digital tools\nMonitor room status, service requests, and workflow to ensure efficiency\nVerify all assignments are completed and guest-ready within required timelines\nConduct random quality audits, including self-inspected rooms\nEnsure all maintenance issues are properly reported and followed up\nInventory & Asset Management\nOversee daily inventory and proper usage of supplies, linen, and equipment\nEnsure closets, carts, and vans are clean, stocked, and organized\nAssist with ordering and monitoring supply usage to control costs\nMaintain safe, clean, and compliant storage and chemical areas\nSafety & Compliance\nEnsure proper handling and use of chemicals according to safety standards\nMaintain a safe working environment for both hosts and guests\nEnforce department policies, including attendance, uniform standards, and SOP compliance\nEnsure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations\nCommunication & Coordination\nMaintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and team members\nCoordinate daily operations across Lodge, Cottages, Public Space, and Laundry teams\nUtilize systems such as HotSOS for workflow management and updates\nDocument and communicate guest concerns, operational issues, and follow-up actions\nAdministrative Responsibilities\nComplete daily and weekly reporting (inspections, logs, operational updates)\nAssist with scheduling, board management, and daily assignments\nSupport Lost & Found processes using I Left My Stuff\nParticipate in leadership meetings and continuous improvement initiatives\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nDirectly supervises hosts across Lodge Rooms, Cottages, Public Space, and Laundry (up to 50+ team members)\nResponsible for training, assigning work, monitoring performance, and supporting development\nEnsures fair and consistent application of policies, recognition, and accountability\nMaintains a visible, active presence across all operational areas\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nMinimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required\nPrevious hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred\nSkills & Abilities\nStrong leadership and organizational skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills\nProficiency in operational systems and basic computer skills\nPhysical Demands\nRegularly required to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout large operational areas\nAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds\nAbility to respond quickly to operational and guest needs\nCapable of extended periods of active movement throughout
