We seek someone who is a self-motivated, critical thinker capable of adapting quickly to fluid scenarios utilizing their technical expertise with the goal of providing high level customer service.\nYour duties will include:\nDeliver training on OGT’s Cytocell™ FISH products including probes, FFPE pretreatment kits, and ancillaries\nProvide technical support for our FISH products\nWork collaboratively with the North American Commercial team in pre and post-sales scenarios for Cytocell™ FISH products\nWork with Commercial, Marketing, R&D, and Quality teams to ensure the highest levels of customer service to accounts\nUnderstand customer needs and application of Cytocell™ FISH products utilizing continual learning of technologies, products and marketplace\nProvide customer requirements and feedback to facilitate Marketing and R&D teams for development of future products\nOther duties and projects as assigned.\nWhat we’re looking for in you:\nEssential\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Scientific Discipline\nMinimum of 3 years hands-on experience processing FISH (Haematology, FFPE, Bladder and Constitutional) and performing analysis\nThorough knowledge of Cytogenetic/FISH applications techniques required\nExcellent written and spoken English, along with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely\nCustomer service oriented\nWell organized in approach with good time management\nEffectively manage multiple tasks/accounts/priorities simultaneously\nA problem solver\nAble to work collaboratively with customers and colleague’s with excellent attention to detail\nStrong analytical and judgement skills\nMicrosoft Office skills\nRemote employee based out of a home office\nAvailability for minimum of 50% business travel to visit/support customers and attend appropriate exhibitions (ability to travel to Canada required and occasional travel to UK required).\nDesirable\nMinimum of 5 years hands-on experience processing FISH (Haematology, FFPE, Bladder and Constitutional) and performing analysis\nDemonstrated FISH troubleshooting experience\nASCP(CG) certification\nUnderstanding and application of ISCN nomenclature \nFamiliarity and experience with FISH automation systems\nExcellent presentation skills (PowerPoint competent)\nUnderstanding of CAP, CLIA and other NA clinical lab accreditations.\nIn return you
