The Client Services Manager collaborates closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and clients achieve measurable value from the platform.\nYou will mainly be focused on the German market.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong and trusted relationships.\n\nLead client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account management.\n\nSet up, manage, and optimize programmatic and managed campaigns to deliver against agreed KPIs.\n\nMonitor campaign performance, pacing, and account health, proactively addressing risks and issues.\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and internal teams to support client retention and growth.\n\nDeliver client training, insights, and clear performance reporting, including post-campaign analysis and presentations.\n\nIdentify opportunities for optimization, upsell, and expansion based on performance and client needs.\n\nWhat you will bring to Ogury\nFluent German, C1 level or above, is mandatory for this role.\n\nAt least 2-3 years experience managing client accounts in a client-facing, account management, ad operations or customer success role.\n\nProven understanding of digital advertising, campaign management, and programmatic media.\n\nHands-on or working knowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystems, including DSPs/SSPs and the bidstream, is preferred.\n\nExperience with 3rd party ad servers, such as DCM or Adform, ad verification tools, such as IAS, DoubleVerify or MOAT, and/or DSPs/SSPs, such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Adform or Xandr, is a plus.\n\nExperience with tag management systems, such as Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch, is a plus.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.\n\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively across functions, coordinate with multiple teams, and build strong partnerships to deliver successful
