You will combine strong commercial leadership with a consultative approach, developing long-term client strategies and mobilising cross-functional teams across Ogury to deliver them.\nSuccess in this role requires experience across both brand and performance solutions, a strong understanding of the wider digital advertising ecosystem, and the influencing skills needed to navigate complex organisations with multiple brand, agency, and regional stakeholders.\nWhile the initial priority is CPG and Retail, there may also be opportunities to develop relationships across other key industry categories, including Automotive, Finance, Travel, and Pharma.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild, develop, and manage strategic relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders across leading CPG and retail advertisers, agencies, and service partners\nDevelop a deep understanding of each client’s business challenges, marketing objectives, organisational structure, and measures of success\nCreate clear, long-term joint business strategies between Ogury and its clients, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and increase commercial value\nOwn and grow significant seven-figure revenue partnerships across multiple advertisers and brands\nAchieve ambitious growth objectives by presenting relevant Ogury advertising products and solutions that address clients’ brand and performance goals\nLead consultative conversations supported by forward-thinking, data-driven analysis and clearly quantified commercial opportunities\nDevelop strategic recommendations and cross-channel solutions that respond to clients’ evolving marketing priorities\nNavigate complex advertiser and agency organisations, building influence across brand, media, procurement, insights, and executive stakeholders\nMobilise and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Client Services, Insights, Product, Marketing, and other relevant functions to deliver successful client outcomes\nMaintain ownership of account planning, opportunity development, pipeline management, and accurate commercial forecasting\nRepresent Ogury as an industry expert at relevant client meetings, thought-leadership initiatives, and external events\nBuild an in-depth understanding of Ogury’s advertising solutions and clearly communicate how they can help clients achieve a wide range of marketing objectives\nShare client and market insights internally to help shape Ogury’s commercial strategy, product development, and category proposition\nWhat You Will Bring to Ogury\n8+ years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, client leadership, or digital marketing\nStrong experience working with both advertisers and media agencies\nA proven track record of developing and growing seven-figure commercial partnerships across multiple advertisers, brands, or markets\nExperience building trusted relationships with senior executives and C-level stakeholders\nStrong knowledge of the CPG and/or retail category, including its commercial priorities, marketing challenges, and stakeholder landscape\nExperience across both brand-building and performance-focused advertising solutions\nA developed understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, data, measurement, and cross-channel activation\n5+ years of experience managing relationships with customers, agencies, or service partners at an executive level\nExperience developing communications strategies and delivering cross-channel media or marketing plans\nExperience working successfully within a complex, matrixed, and international organisation\nStrong commercial judgement, with the ability to identify, structure, and quantify growth opportunities\nExceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills\nThe ability to translate data and complex advertising concepts into clear, compelling recommendations for clients\nA collaborative leadership style and the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared client strategy\nAn entrepreneurial mindset, with strong ownership, initiative, and the
