experience, and directly influence how the platform evolves\nWhat you will be doing\nAd Platform Reporting & Scalability: Design, develop, and scale automated dashboards and analytics solutions that provide deep insights into ad platform performance, campaign delivery, and user engagement for both Product and Client Services teams.\n\nGlobal Data Governance & Quality: Serve as a core member of the Global Analytics team, leading initiatives to define data standards, enforce data quality checks, and document data lineages to ensure a trusted, single source of truth.\n\nData Modeling with dbt: Partner with Data Reporting and Platform teams to build, maintain, and optimize production-grade data models using dbt, ensuring efficient transformations and analytics-ready datasets.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the analytical partner to Product Managers (to guide feature development) and Client Services (to provide scalable client-facing insights and automate ad-hoc requests).\n\nAdvanced Analytics & Insights: Go beyond standard metrics to uncover trends, identify platform inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations that optimize ad revenue and user experience.\n\nWhat you will bring to Ogury\nExperience: 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Analytics Engineering, ideally within an AdTech\n\nData Modeling & dbt: Proven hands-on experience using dbt to develop, test, and deploy scalable data models in a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, ClickHouse).\n\nSQL Mastery: Expert-level SQL skills, including writing highly optimized, complex queries and managing large-scale, clickstream, or transactional datasets.\n\nScalable BI & Visualization: Advanced proficiency in building scalable, intuitive dashboards in modern BI tools (e.g.Omni, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) tailored for both internal product tracking and external client services.\n\nData Governance Focus: Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, data governance principles, and version control (Git).\n\nStakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of translating complex technical metrics into scalable solutions for product teams and business
