Backed by $10M in venture funding, we’re quickly establishing ourselves as the dominant, essential layer for adult creators and platforms to adopt AI.\nOur aim is for OhChat to be the leading “AI OnlyFans” platform and our API to be the go-to for all adult platforms wanting the technology and our Digital Twins’ IP, in a combined package - ultimately we aim to be the most dominant AI player in the entire adult industry, ahead of expansion to adjacent industries such as companionship and more general creator industry.\nWebsites: oh.xyz & ohchat.com\nPurpose of the Role\nWe’re looking for a modern, versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help define how Oh shows up visually across every touchpoint.\nYou’ll be responsible for creating high-impact, on-brand design across social, campaigns, in-product assets, event collateral, marketing materials, and more. From TikTok thumbnails and paid social ads to in-platform promos, pitch decks, and graphics for video, you’ll be the go-to design partner for the Head of Marketing and wider team.\nThis role is ideal for someone who’s fluent in consumer brands and technology, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.\nYou’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Growth, PR, Creator, and Product teams. We’re open to full-time or freelance applicants, ideally based in the UK or a nearby time zone.\nKey Responsibilities\nBrand & visual identity\nEvolve and maintain Oh’s visual identity across all channels, ensuring everything we ship feels cohesive, premium, and recognisably “Oh”.\n\nCreate and update brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable components (colour, typography, iconography, layouts).\n\nCampaign & marketing design\nDesign campaign assets for product launches, creator launches, partnerships and performance marketing.\n\nProduce static and lightweight motion assets for paid social, display, email, and landing pages.\n\nSocial & content design\nCreate scroll-stopping assets for TikTok, Instagram, X and Reddit, working closely with the Social and Growth teams.\n\nDesign templates for recurring social formats (memes, carousels, announcements, stats, creator spotlights).\n\nIn-platform & product-facing design\nDesign in-app banners, promotional modules, and visual treatments for characters and Digital Twins.\n\nCollaborate with Product and UX to ensure marketing assets feel native in the product experience.\n\nVideo & motion support\nCreate graphics, lower thirds, title cards, and simple motion pieces for editor and video content.\n\nWork with our video editor to develop a cohesive motion style for Oh.\n\nEvent & sales collateral\nDesign event collateral for conferences and trade shows (booth graphics, roll-ups, print materials, merch concepts).\n\nSupport B2B/API sales with clear, compelling decks and one-pagers that explain what we do.\n\nProcess, quality, and collaboration\nManage your workload and brief intake with the Head of Marketing to keep priorities clear and deadlines realistic.\n\nChampion design quality and consistency while moving fast in a startup environment.\n\nMaintain organised design files and libraries (e.g. Figma, Adobe CC) that others can easily work with.\n\nSkills and Experience Required\n3+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house, agency, or high-growth startup), with a strong consumer / product / tech angle.\n\nA portfolio that demonstrates:\nExcellent visual taste and typography\n\nStrong social/campaign design\n\nConsistent brand systems across multiple touchpoints\n\nProficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud as a minimum).\n\nExperience designing for social media, digital campaigns and product environments (web/app).\n\nComfort working with NSFW/adult content and creator-led brands.\n\nBasic motion design skills (e.g. After Effects, Premiere, or similar) or willingness to level up quickly.\n\nAbility to interpret loose briefs, ask smart questions, and turn ideas into clear, high-quality visuals.\n\nHighly organised, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and hit deadlines.\n\nStrong communication skills and the confidence to defend good work while remaining open to feedback.\n\nWe’re open to both full-time and freelance applicants.
