overseeing both digital and offline activities\nPlan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects, including launches and off-plan developments\nManage social media, performance marketing, and lead generation strategies\nCoordinate closely with the sales team to align campaigns with inventory and sales targets\nBuild and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners\nTrack, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates to maximize campaign effectiveness\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications:\nSaudi nationality\nNative Arabic proficiency and good English skills\n3-5 years of professional marketing experience, including at least 2 years in real estate marketing (developer or brokerage)\nTeam management experience, having led 2-3 or more team members\nProven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns for real estate project launches, including off-plan projects\nHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and CRM systems for lead management and reporting\nDemonstrated ability to deliver measurable performance outcomes such as qualified lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field\nExperience building performance
