Reporting to the CRM Integration Platform Manager, this role implements software solutions using scalable, secure, and maintainable engineering practices aligned with established architectural standards and development governance.\nApplication Services designs, builds, integrates, and sustains long-lived enterprise applications supporting core institutional operations. The Application Developer contributes to the development and enhancement of enterprise web, API, mobile, and cloud-enabled applications while applying disciplined software development lifecycle practices and engineering quality standards.\nThis role serves as a developing technical contributor within the development team, executing implementation efforts, participating in technical design discussions, and applying established engineering practices with growing independence across development initiatives.\nThe Application Developer supports the long-term sustainability of enterprise applications by writing maintainable code, contributing to reliable system behavior, and applying disciplined engineering practices across development work.\nRequired Education and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n2 years of experience in enterprise application development.\nDemonstrated experience developing and supporting software solutions.\nExperience working with modern software development lifecycle practices.\nExperience writing maintainable and scalable application code.\nExperience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.\nExperience integrating with applications using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, or middleware platforms.\nDemonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate software delivery while applying critical thinking and engineering best practices.\nWillingness to continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI capabilities as part of the software development process.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills suitable for technical collaboration.\nDesired Education and Experience:\n2-4 years of experience in enterprise application development.\nExperience participating in technical design and architecture discussions.\nExperience developing applications in cloud-enabled environments.\nFamiliarity with enterprise integration patterns and API development.\nExperience with serverless architectures, containerized applications, or cloud-native integration services.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, messaging, or integration platforms.\nExperience working with AI orchestration and MCP servers.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications in large, decentralized institutions.\nThis position maps to Information Technology, Enterprise Applications Development, Individual Contributor - Specialized, S2 Experienced.\nAdditional Information:\nThe Targeted Hiring Range for this position is $70,100-$91,600 and the offer for this position will be based on internal equity and the candidate's qualifications.\nTarget Salary Range: $70,100.00 - $91,600\nSub-function: Information Technology , Enterprise Applications Development\nCareer Band: Individual Contributor- Specialized\nCareer Level: S2\nLocation:\nMount Hall (0311)Position Type:\nRegularScheduled Hours:\n40Shift:\nFirst ShiftFinal candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
