Plan, develop and prepare detailed specifications of applications systems to meet the requirements, missions and goals of the medical center. Perform system implementation, testing, evaluation and follow-through. Determine, diagnose, isolate and resolve applications resource and utilization problems and errors; develop fault diagnosis, isolation and resolution techniques that ensure optimal performance is constantly maintained.
