This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial governance, support business performance, and provide critical financial insights to management and stakeholders.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\nDegree or Diploma in Accounting with 3-5 years' Financial Accounting experience\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\nSAP experience will be advantageous\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nPrepare monthly management accounts and financial reports within prescribed deadlines.\nPerform monthly general ledger, bank, trust account, and intercompany reconciliations.\nConduct variance analyses and provide financial insights and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.\nMonitor cash flow requirements and support effective cash management practices.\nReview creditor reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely supplier payments.\nManage VAT reconciliations, tax-related activities, and statutory submissions.\nAssist with the preparation of annual budgets, system uploads, and monthly reporting of actual performance against budget.\nPrepare half-year and year-end financial reports, including financial statements, in accordance with Corporate Finance requirements.\nCoordinate and support internal and external audit processes for the company and properties under management.\nCLOSING DATE: 4 NOVEMBER 2026\nOL - Authentic, Caring & Passionate\nApplicants meeting our requirements are invited to apply.
