As we look toward the future, OHM Advisors is seeking an Office Director to build on this strong foundation, champion our people and partnerships, and lead the continued growth and success of our Hancock office.\nWhat You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors\nImmediate opening for a Director/Principal-in-Charge (PIC) to lead OHM Advisors’ Hancock office. We are looking for an engaging leader with a great reputation as a staff manager, proven track record with clients, strong understanding of the market, and an entrepreneurial focus. The successful candidate will embody our core values, lead by example, inspire the team, and cultivate a great OHM culture.\nAs a Director your responsibilities will be:\nPromoting overall office engagement including leading and managing personnel planning, recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention efforts across OHM's People, Projects, Technical and Client career paths. \nEstablishing, monitoring, and achieving utilization, staffing, and other office performance goals while providing leadership, coaching, and career development assistance to team members. \nDeveloping and managing annual budgets, revenue forecasts, and operational plans and analyzing financial and performance metrics to drive business growth and operational efficiency. \nPartnering with leadership to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that improve profitability and resource management. \nDriving geographic growth with near-term opportunities through leveraging PICs’ and Project Managers’ existing and new client relationships, adding technical staff and leveraging our experts to assist our clients with advancing their communities.\nDeveloping and executing business development and marketing plans in collaboration with our marketing and leadership teams. \nChampioning technical excellence by overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes, promoting best practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\nProviding technical guidance, staff training, and professional development programs that enhance organizational capabilities and client service delivery. \nAs a Principal-in-Charge your responsibilities will be:\nPreserving and growing existing and new client relationships.\nObtaining repeat work from existing clients including cross-selling of services.\nCoordinating with Project Managers on project strategies, client interactions and contract negotiations. \nManaging clients' work profitability and supporting Project Managers in managing project work profitability. \nMaintaining client satisfaction for existing clients and supporting Project Managers in maintaining quality prject work. \nRequirements\nEducation, Experience, Licensure & Technical Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, surveying, planning, or landscape architecture field from an accredited institution is preferred.\nMinimum of 10 years’ experience and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.\nExcellent communication (both verbal and written) skills.\nPreferred licensure in architecture, engineering, surveying, or landscape architecture \nBenefits\nAt OHM Advisors, our people are our greatest asset.
