This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support the continued growth and development of communities across Alabama and the Gulf Coast region.\nYou will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and experienced civil engineering staff across OHM Advisors while playing a key role in project delivery, technical leadership, and mentorship of emerging engineers. This position offers strong opportunity for continued professional growth while contributing to impactful infrastructure and development projects across our Alabama markets.\nYour Responsibilities\nManage civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction.\nServe as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery and strong client relationships.\nLead project teams, including engineers and technical staff across multiple OHM Advisors offices.\nOversee project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful and efficient delivery.\nServe as Engineer of Record when applicable and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and permitting requirements.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers within the St. Petersburg office.\nSupport proposal development, client engagement, and continued growth of civil engineering services in the region.\nContribute to a collaborative, supportive environment focused on technical excellence and long-term growth.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.\nLicensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Alabama required.\n10+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on site development and/or municipal infrastructure.\nDemonstrated experience managing engineering projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong client communication and relationship management skills.\nProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with Alabama permitting processes.\nStrong organizational and leadership skills.\nInterest in contributing to the continued growth of OHM Advisors’ presence in Huntsville, Mobile, and surrounding regions.\nBenefits\nAt OHM Advisors, our people are our greatest asset.
