Specifically tasked with leading an international team of field personnel, including Ohmium staff, contractors and/or customer maintenance team, and refining their workflows. The Team Lead is responsible for the execution of all site work to support service contract requirements.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nMaintain best in class safety culture for a team of remote field personnel\nSupervise a local and/or remote field team through clear goals and objectives\nPerform hands-on field tasks to maintain electrolyzer availability \nImplement Ohmium strategy to maximize electrolyzer performance through strategic and consistent maintenance activities\nCollaborate with other stakeholders to improve performance, reliability and serviceability of electrolyzers\nSuggest improvements in workflows to efficiently manage service level agreements\nCollaborate refining electrolyzer commissioning and start up processes to ensure timely availability of hydrogen\nImplement training programs to establish and maintain field personnel proficiencies\nMaintain warehouse and repair centers for centralized storage and refurbishment of spare parts\nAnticipate spare parts and equipment needs to support maintenance requirements\nBecome a member of Field Services “Best Practices” team\nCollaborate with other teams for process and hardware design improvements\nForecast any maintenance operations within the assigned site budget\nParticipate in defining new value-added services to best meet customer needs\nProvide customers with safety, operation and maintenance training program\nPrepare reports covering tasks, risks, opportunities, and milestones\nAct as SPOC for any customer queries following the escalation process\nOwn local/customer safety requirements\nOther duties as assigned\nLOCATION, TRAVEL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT\nBased in Rijeka, Croatia with regular onsite presence; regular travel to Spain and Italy required\nWhen not in travel status, work from home\n40 hour work week with on call availability\nFORMAL EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, OR EQUIVALENT\nBachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering preferred or a combination of education, training, and experience providing equivalent expertise\nCOMPETENCIES\nStrong, uncompromising safety mindset\nFosters diversity and inclusion by promoting a sense of belonging for all people\nCommunicates patiently and effectively\nAbility to create positive energy and collaborative team environment\nCapable of being hands on in a field environment\nAbility to lead by example, multitask, and delegate\nHigh level of candor, ability to speak up, and do the right thing\nExcellent customer focus\nWell organized and detail oriented\nEntrepreneurial\nWORK EXPERIENCE\n5 years experience (preferred) in a field service with operations and maintenance responsibility\nTeam Lead job description - updated 9.29.26Ohmiumis an equal opportunity employer.
