from planning through to go-live and pathwayinto business as usual\nBuild and maintaindetailed programplan, milestone scheduleand critical path analysis across all workstreams\nCo-ordinate delivery across all Ohpen and 3rdparty teams andworkstreams, actively managing interdependencies and resolving blockers.\nManage external dependencies across other programsandorganizationalchange activity ensuring these are visible and tracked at programlevel\nOwn and operateaformal change control process, ensuring scope changes are assessed, approvedand reflected in plans and budgets\nEnsure programobjectivesremain aligned to business goals as the programevolves, flagging and managing drift proactively\nRisk & Assurance\nOwn the programrisk framework, including risk appetite, mitigation strategiesand escalation thresholds\nMaintain a live RAID log, ensuring risks and issues are actively managed, mitigated and escalated appropriately\nOwn program quality gates and milestone reviews, ensuring delivery meets agreed standards and assurance requirements throughout the lifecycle\nResource & Financial Management\nOwn the programbudget, tracking spendsagainst forecast and reporting on financial position regularly\nEnsure the right skills and capacity are in place across workstreams, managing resource conflicts and working with third parties to address gaps\nMaintain programbusiness case integrity and support benefits realisationplanning and tracking\nReporting & Governance\nTrack and report programprogress accurately and consistently across all workstreams\nPrepare regular updates for the Delivery Director and Ohpen Executive team, bringing clear programstatus, risksand recommendations\nEnsure reporting is timely, accurateand appropriate foreach audience\nStakeholder & Third-Party Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors and business leads\nLead and co-ordinate third-party delivery organizations, holding vendors accountable to plans, quality standardsand agreed deliverables\nManage escalations and facilitateresolution across organizationalboundaries\nAbout You\nEssential RequirementsYou have proven experience delivering major transformation or implementationprograms, ideally within theDutch Financial Services industry.\nYou are experienced in planning and coordinating complex, multi-workstreamprojects, involving multiple teams and stakeholders. \nYou bring strongprogrammanagement experience and are comfortable taking ownership of delivery from planning through execution. \nYou have experience managingprogrambudgets, including tracking and reporting on financial performance. \nYou are confident in resource planning across complex, multi-party delivery environments, balancing priorities,and dependencies. \nYou have experience owning change controlprocesses and ensuring delivery remainsaligned with the agreed business case. \nYou have a strong track recordof managing third-party delivery partners, setting clear expectations,and holding them accountable for delivery. \nYou are comfortable preparing and presentingprogramupdates to senior stakeholders and steering committees.\nYou are fluent in both Dutch and English (essential). \nDesirable Requirements\nYou have experience with technology implementations within Dutch Financial Services.\nYou are comfortable working across both agile and waterfall delivery environments. \nYou have experience working on multi-vendor or systems integration programs.\nYou have experience
