This role will serve as a central driver of operational and financial reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the company.\nIn this highly analytical and cross-functional role, the Business Analyst will own the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of company’s core financial and operational reporting, ensuring stakeholders at all levels have access to timely, accurate, and actionable information. This role will act as a bridge between finance, operations, and technology, translating business questions into structured data analysis and scalable reporting solutions.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, building dashboards and automation, and partnering with stakeholders from the shop floor through senior leadership to improve decision-making and execution.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNone\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nOwning and maintaining company’s core operational reporting, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with approved “sources of truth”\nDesigning, building, and enhancing dashboards and reports in Power BI to support executive, operational, and functional decision-making.\nExtracting, transforming, and analyzing data from company’s ERP system (Syteline) and related relational databases using SQL.\nSupporting the full analytics workflow: data extraction, validation, analysis, visualization, and recurring reporting.\nPartnering with the CFO, FP&A, Accounting, and Operations teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards across the business.\nDeveloping and maintaining automated data pipelines, scripts, and workflows (using Python and/or other scripting tools) to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.\nSupporting month-end and mid-month reporting processes by producing standardized reports and variance analyses.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical depth across finance and operations.\nDocumenting data definitions, report logic, and processes to ensure transparency, repeatability, and auditability.\nResponding to ad hoc analytical requests from senior management, translating ambiguous questions into structured analysis.\nWorking closely with IT, ERP administrators, and external partners to ensure data access, security, and system alignment.\nHandle audits and internal compliance reviews.\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nDemonstrate strong proficiency in SQL, including working with complex relational data structures.\nHave hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI and / or Grafana.\nPossess working knowledge of Python for data analysis, visualization, and basic automation.\nBe comfortable working with ERP systems and financial data structures; experience with Syteline or manufacturing ERPs is a plus.\nShow the ability to translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and communicate insights effectively.\nBe highly organized, with strong attention to data accuracy, controls, and documentation.\nGeneral familiarity with manufacturing processes and workflows is preferred but not required.\nBe comfortable working in a global, cross-time-zone environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.\nEducation and Experience:\nHolds a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.\nBring 2 - 5+ years of experience in business analytics or a similar data-focused role supporting operations or finance.\nThis role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders ranging from hourly operators to senior executives.\nOIA Global is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
