responsible for:\nOrder Management and Transactional Execution\nCreate and manage scheduled lines in accordance with approved SOPs.\nGenerate outbound deliveries within established service standards.\nProcess replenishment, spares, and return orders within defined workflows.\nMonitor order progression from sales order through completion.\nConfirm proof of delivery and perform goods receipt postings in SAP.\nWork accurately across SAP and supporting customer, transport, or reporting platforms as required by the operating model.\nOperational Reporting and Handover\nSupport daily operational reporting and status updates.\nExecute shift handovers using approved exception and activity logs.\nMaintain continuity across shifts, regions, and time zones by ensuring open activities are clearly documented.\nProvide accurate activity updates to support operational visibility and workflow prioritisation.\nException Support and Process Compliance\nIdentify, document, and escalate operational exceptions that fall outside defined SOPs or require Specialist intervention.\nSupport operational execution by ensuring data accuracy, task completion, and adherence to agreed process steps.\nFollow approved SOPs and checklists to ensure consistent execution of standardised Control Tower processes.\nKey Performance Indicators\nSame-day outbound delivery generation within agreed cut-off times.\nScheduled line creation accuracy.\nOrder transaction processing volume and productivity.\nTransaction error rate and rework rate.\nShift handover completeness and timeliness.\nOn-time completion of assigned activities against SLA.\nWhat we need from you:\nExperience in supply chain, logistics, customer operations, or order management.\nWorking knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP system.\nStrong attention to detail, process discipline, and organisational skills.\nAbility to manage high transaction volumes accurately.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment, including defined shift patterns or regional coverage models where required.\nComfort working within structured operational routines while maintaining flexibility as priorities change.\nHands-on, execution-focused mindset and willingness to complete repetitive transactional activities accurately.\nCalm and organised approach under
