A keen focus on driving both operational excellence and quality will be the underlying driver to success.\nEssential duties and responsibilities:\nEnsure smooth running of operations through the effective management of the team.\n\nObtain competitive rates for quotations.\n\nEnsure effective and efficient use of CargoWise.\n\nEnsure compliance with regulations by remaining up to date on freight forwarding and customs regulations.\n\nLead OIA Global Aviation Security & GDP Accreditation.\n\nBe aware of potential customers and look for opportunities to develop the business.\n\nMaintain awareness of forwarding and logistics markets -
