Program Manager (Control Tower)
Location: 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, IL. Hybrid position, candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
Reporting to: Global Head of Supply Chain Solutions
Lead the deployment of the next generation of AI infrastructure.
As Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering world-class Control Tower operations that enable the rapid deployment of AI data centers across the globe. You will transform strategy into execution, orchestrating people, processes, technology, data, and governance to successfully launch complex, high-profile customer programs.
Acting as the driving force behind implementation success, you will unite global teams, manage critical risks and dependencies, and ensure operational readiness from mobilization through go-live and stabilization.

What You'll Be Doing
As Program Manager, you will be accountable for the successful mobilization, implementation, launch, and transition to steady-state operations of customer programs.
You will:
- Lead end-to-end program delivery from implementation through stabilization
- Manage complex, cross-functional workstreams across operations, technology, finance, HR, and customer teams
- Own governance, risk management, change control, and executive reporting
- Ensure operational readiness including processes, training, testing, cutover, and launch activities
- Drive stakeholder alignment and customer satisfaction
- Lead continuous improvement, automation, and expansion initiatives
- Manage program financial performance, budgets, and delivery outcomes
- Support long-term customer retention and growth opportunities
Key Requirements
This role requires a strong understanding of SAP-enabled order management and supply chain processes. Candidates without significant SAP order management experience are unlikely to be successful in this role.
Essential Experience
- 10+ years in Program Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, 4PL, Control Tower, or Operations Transformation roles
- 5+ years leading major implementations, mobilizations, or transformation programs
- Extensive SAP Order Management experience
- Experience working across multiple regions and functions
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Experience managing executive stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and change in complex environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or similar certification
- Experience in AI infrastructure, technology deployment, manufacturing, inventory management, or global order orchestration
- Exposure to 24/7 operational environments and Control Tower operations
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel to regional branch offices, warehouse facilities, and vendor sites as needed
- Sitting or standing for extended periods during office work or site visits
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
- Regular use of computer and telephone systems
- Occasional use of stairs or extended walking across warehouse yards
