You will transform strategy into execution, orchestrating people, processes, technology, data, and governance to successfully launch complex, high-profile customer programs.\nActing as the driving force behind implementation success, you will unite global teams, manage critical risks and dependencies, and ensure operational readiness from mobilization through go-live and stabilization.\nThis is a unique opportunity to lead large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives, partner with senior customer stakeholders, and shape innovative operating models that deliver lasting business impact and long-term growth.\nLocation: 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, IL. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs Program Manager, you will be accountable for the successful mobilization, implementation, launch, and transition to steady-state operations of customer programs.\nYou will:\nLead end-to-end program delivery from implementation through stabilization\nManage complex, cross-functional workstreams across operations, technology, finance, HR, and customer teams\nOwn governance, risk management, change control, and executive reporting\nEnsure operational readiness including processes, training, testing, cutover, and launch activities\nDrive stakeholder alignment and customer satisfaction\nLead continuous improvement, automation, and expansion initiatives\nManage program financial performance, budgets, and delivery outcomes\nSupport long-term customer retention and growth opportunities\nKey Requirements\nThis role requires a strong understanding of SAP-enabled order management and supply chain processes. Candidates without significant SAP order management experience are unlikely to be successful in this role.\nEssential Experience\n10+ years in Program Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, 4PL, Control Tower, or Operations Transformation roles\n5+ years leading major implementations, mobilizations, or transformation programs\nExtensive SAP Order Management experience\nExperience working across multiple regions and functions\nStrong commercial and financial management skills\nExperience managing executive stakeholder relationships\nProven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and change in complex environments\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field\nPMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or similar certification\nExperience in AI infrastructure, technology deployment, manufacturing, inventory management, or global order orchestration\nExposure to 24/7 operational environments and Control Tower operations\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to travel to regional branch offices, warehouse facilities, and vendor sites as needed\nSitting or standing for extended periods during office work or site visits\nAbility to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.\nRegular use of computer and telephone systems\nOccasional use of stairs or extended walking across warehouse yards\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
