OIA Global is privately held by LDI, Ltd.\nSummary: Warehouse Coordinator\nThis position will work with the Supervisor and team to define and execute daily work requirements. It will assist with job assignment oversight and labor scheduling, with a focus on continuous improvement and recommending ways to enhance operations. The person in this role will closely monitor services, report any potential shortfalls to their direct Supervisor, and ensure smooth communication between office operations, staff, and management.\nSalary Range: Form $19.00 to $25.00\nThe actual pay may vary based on several factors, including professional experience, hiring location, skills, and competencies.\nWork Location: On-Site- 2750 Earhart Court, Hebron, Kentucky 41048\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nRespond to client inquiries.\nReceive and action orders with the Warehouse Supervisor.\nAssist with driver check-in and check-out processes.\nEnsure files are managed in a timely manner, emails are addressed daily, and customer inquiries are handled promptly.\nUpdate the client’s WMS system with order receipts and shipping information.\nPrint labels from the WMS system.\nPrepare Bills of Lading (BOLs).\nLiaise with the warehouse regarding container, airfreight, and truck deliveries and pickups.\nCollect supporting documentation, including BOLs and Delivery Orders (DOs), for inbound and outbound shipments to support client invoicing.\nAlign 3PL warehouse billing with monthly client billing.\nEnsure inventory is current and initiate cycle counts as needed. Investigate any discrepancies and take corrective action.\nAssist in the warehouse as needed, including loading and unloading trucks.\nSupport freight receiving using scan guns when needed.\nCross-check and label orders with the warehouse team as required.\nAssist in the Customs Examination Station (CES) with opening/closing containers, sealing boxes, and completing required worksheets.\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nThis is a dual position (primarily in-office with some warehouse work as required).\nAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members, customers, sales, and customer service teams.\nKnowledge of LTL, FTL, parcel carriers, and other forms of transportation; experience with automation is preferred.\nStrong analytical, communication, and customer service skills\nExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nWarehouse experience, including operating forklifts and other equipment.\nEducation and Experience:\nAt least six months’ experience in logistics industry.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis.
