OIA Global is privately held by LDI, Ltd.\nSummary: Warehouse Administrative Assistant\nThe Warehouse Administrative Assistant coordinates daily administrative tasks with the Warehouse Supervisor to support warehouse operations. This role monitors service activities, reports potential delays or issues to the supervisor, and helps maintain clear communication among office staff, warehouse personnel, and management.\nCanada Location: 160 Traders Blvd East, Mississauga, Ontario L4Z 3K7, Canada\nSchedule: This is a part-time position scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.\nHourly Pay: From $21.20 hourly to $24.52 hourly\nThe actual hourly pay may vary based on several factors, including professional experience, hiring location, skills, and competencies.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nRespond to client inquiries.\nReceive and action orders with the warehouse supervisor.\nUpdate Client WMS system with order receipt and shipping.\nPrint labels from WMS system.\nPrepare BOLs.\nLiaise with Warehouse for container/airfreight and truck deliveries and pick ups.\nAccrue supporting documentation, BOLs, DOs for inbound receiving and outbound shipping orders for client invoicing purposes.\nAlign warehouse (3PL) billing to monthly client billing.\nEnsure inventory is up-to-date and initiate cycle counts when required.\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
