contracts, structuring corporate finance solutions, and raising capital to support the Group’s operational and expansion goals.\n\nTreasury Management\n\nOversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital on a group-wide basis.\n\nManage banking relationships, credit facilities, and day-to-day treasury operations.\n\nMonitor and mitigate risks arising from foreign exchange and interest rate fluctuations.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal treasury policies and external regulatory requirements.\n\nContract Finance\n\nStructure financing arrangements for EPC and upstream project contracts.\n\nAssess financial risks associated with bids, tenders, and contractual terms.\n\nCollaborate with project teams on payment structures, bonds, and guarantees.\n\nCorporate Finance &
