and help teams maintain structure, clarity, and delivery focus \nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels\nStrong understanding of software development concepts, architecture, and system integrations\nDeep knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)\nHands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar\nStrong domain knowledge in insurance, preferably Property & Casualty within US/UK markets\nAbility to lead analysis efforts independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives end-to-end\nAdvanced problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define structured solutions\nProven experience in mentoring junior analysts and contributing to best practices within the BA community\nStrong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, process modeling, and solution design\nProactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable operating in
