The role requires a technically strong individual with excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.\n\nWhat will your role look like :\n\n- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, HAM, and SAM modules.\n\n- Configure and optimize Discovery, Service Mapping (where applicable), and CMDB to ensure accurate infrastructure visibility and data integrity.\n\n- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.\n\n- Support the implementation and maintenance of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities.\n\n- Ensure CMDB health by implementing CSDM and Data Foundation best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.\n\n- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.\n\n- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance improvements.\n\n- Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, release management, and instance optimization.\n\n- Follow ServiceNow development standards, governance, and coding best practices throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n- Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment procedures.\n\nWhy will you love this role :\n\n- Work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and digital transformation initiatives.\n\n- Gain hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow products, including ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.\n\n- Collaborate with experienced architects and technology leaders on complex enterprise solutions.\n\n- Work in an environment that encourages innovation, learning, and continuous certification.\n\n- Build solutions that improve IT operations, automation, and business efficiency.\n\n- Enjoy excellent opportunities for career growth while working with global clients.\n\nWe would like you to bring along :\n\n- 5 -
