There's no inherited content calendar, no agency doing the heavy lifting, and no established playbook to follow. What there is: a product that genuinely stops people in their tracks the first time they see it, a founding team deeply involved in how we grow, and a real chance to help build something from the ground up.\nYou'll work directly with our Social & Growth Marketing Manager, getting broad, hands-on exposure across social, content, paid, email, SEO, and analytics.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nGrow our social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X - organic and paid\nCreate content across formats: posts, articles, case studies, copy\nRun experiments, measure them, and double down on what works\nGet involved in SEO, email campaigns, and basic lifecycle flows\nUse analytics to track what matters and turn data into decisions\nBe active in the online communities where our audience spends time\nUse AI tools to move faster - prototype ideas, test messaging, and iterate without waiting on resources\nWork closely with the product and founding team so marketing reflects what we're actually building\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n1-3 years in a growth or digital marketing role, ideally at a startup or scale-up\nContributed to growing something - an audience, a channel, a pipeline - with numbers to show for it\nStrong writer who can adapt their voice to different audiences\nComfortable with data, some paid ads exposure, and genuinely curious about AI\nYou move fast, stay curious, and don't wait to be told what to try next\nBonus: experience marketing a technical or AI product to a non-technical audience\nWhy Work With Us\n\nDirect access to the founding team and real visibility into how the business grows\nRemote-friendly within CET ±2 hours, with a Berlin office if you're based locally\nA small, talented team where good work gets noticed and acted on quickly\n28 days paid vacation plus 1 mental health day per year\n€900 annual education budget and home office equipment provided\nOur values: High performance, transparency, humbleness, and pride in our work\nNote: We're not able to offer visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role - you'll need to already be based within CET ±2h and have the right to work where you live.\nOjin is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.
