岗位职责：

1、负责Moka ATS业务线前端架构设计与核心模块开发，优化系统性能及用户体验;

2、主导前端工程化体系建设，包括组件化框架研发、构建工具配置及研发流程优化;

3、排查并持续推动解决线上技术问题，直到问题闭环;

4、参与新技术调研，推动新技术在业务场景中落地。

岗位要求：

1、统招本科及以上学历，5年以上前端系统开发经验，有中大型互联网项目或复杂B端系统开发经验者优先;

2、掌握浏览器渲染机制、性能优化及多端适配方案;

3、深入掌握至少一种主流框架（React/Vue/Angular）及其生态，理解设计原理;

4、逻辑清晰，不畏惧沟通，擅长协作;

5、对AI等新技术敏感，有持续学习意识;

6、具备团队管理经验是加分项。
