Kubernetes.\n\n- Drive CI/CD automation, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.\n\n- Ensure performance optimization, system resilience, security compliance, and end-to-end observability.\n\n- Collaborate with product, UX/design, and cross-functional engineering teams on roadmap planning and delivery.\n\n- Mentor engineers across multiple squads and support technical hiring, team building, and capability development.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 8+ years of professional full stack development experience with a strong focus on architecture and system design.\n\n- 6+ years of hands-on Golang backend development experience.\n\n- 6+ years of hands-on React.js and/or Next.js frontend development and architecture experience.\n\n- Proven experience as a Lead or Architect delivering large-scale enterprise solutions end-to-end.\n\n- Advanced Golang expertise, including concurrency patterns, memory management, and performance optimization.\n\n- Strong React.js and Next.js knowledge, including SSR, SSG, and advanced state management.\n\n- Extensive microservices and distributed systems experience, including service decomposition, fault tolerance, consistency, and inter-service communication.\n\n- Strong API design expertise across RESTful APIs and modern patterns such as GraphQL and gRPC.\n\n- Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/Redis/DynamoDB.\n\n- Proficiency in CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation), deployment automation, monitoring, and distributed tracing.\n\nMandatory Skills:\n\n- Golang\n\n- React.js or Next.js\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.\n\n- Knowledge of security best practices covering authentication, authorization, encryption, OWASP, and SOC 2.\n\n- Experience with machine learning integrations or data-intensive applications.\n\n- Open-source contributions or active technical community involvement.\n\n- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n- Experience mentoring and building high-performing engineering
