Description :\n\nImmediate Joiners or less than 30 days notice period.\n\nWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join a dynamic quality assurance team. \n\nThe role focuses on comprehensive manual testing of Shopify and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-based eCommerce systems, including integrations with third-party applications. \n\nThe successful candidate will help ensure reliable customer journeys and robust backend operations across a modern Direct-to-Consumer platform.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Execute manual test cases for Shopify and Business Central-based eCommerce platforms.\n\n- Test core eCommerce journeys, including product catalog, inventory, shopping cart, checkout, payments, shipping, and order management.\n\n- Validate integrations between Shopify, Business Central, payment gateways, and third-party applications.\n\n- Identify, document, and report defects with clear descriptions, reproducible steps, expected and actual results, and severity levels.\n\n- Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing for releases and deployments.\n\n- Validate end-to-end user workflows and business processes across the D2C platform.\n\n- Create and maintain test cases, test data, execution records, and defect documentation.\n\n- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, estimation, and review sessions.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.\n\n- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.\n\nMandatory Skills & Experience :\n\n- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.\n\n- Strong knowledge of QA principles, software testing life cycle, testing methodologies, and best practices.\n\n- Hands-on experience in manual test case design, execution, defect reporting, and regression testing.\n\n- Proven experience testing eCommerce applications and customer workflows such as products, inventory, orders, payments, and shipping.\n\n- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills.\n\n- Bachelor of Engineering or an equivalent qualification.\n\nDesirable Skills :\n\n- Experience working with the Shopify platform and ecosystem.\n\n- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system.\n\n- Understanding of API testing concepts and system integrations.\n\n- Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.\n\n- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.\n\n- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.\n\n- Experience testing payment gateways and other third-party integrations.\n\nKey Competencies :\n\n- Problem-solving mindset and logical thinking.\n\n- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.\n\n- Strong time management skills
