Join us in an inspiring workplace where you can belong, grow, and make a difference!\nWhat will your day look like?\nServe as a WMS/ERP Super User, maintaining advanced system knowledge.\nPerform complex inventory investigations, variance analysis, and transaction history reviews.\nLead and execute secondary cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and inventory validations.\nAnalyze inventory data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and discrepancies.\nGenerate reports that support operational and leadership decision-making.\nAct as an escalation point for inventory-related issues.\nValidate and maintain accurate inventory data within the WMS/ERP system.\nIdentify recurring inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.\nAssist with inventory-related projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.\nProvide guidance and training to warehouse team members on inventory processes.\nSupport operational coverage and issue resolution during Team Lead absences when assigned.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.\nOther duties as assigned.\nDuties\nPerform counts as determined and provided from our WMS system as well as any additional counts that may be required.\nAssist other departments in material movements, count verification, etc. as requested.\nEnsure locations are 100% accurate regarding SKU, piece count, location etc. before leaving the area.\nAccurately report physical inventory to ensure smooth business operations.\nSafely operate a hand jack for materials movements and a task support vehicle (Joey).\nFollows FDA protocol for all lot controlled and age sensitive items. \nSchedule:\nMonday - Thursday: 9 hour shifts (6:00am-3:30pm), Fridays: 4 hour shifts (6:00am-10:00am)\nAdditional overtime may be offered or required based on business need\nQualifications\nWhat you bring to the table:\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nAdditional education in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.\n2-4 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.\nExperience using WMS and/or ERP systems.\nExperience performing audits, cycle counts, and inventory investigations.\nSpecific Skills:\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.\nStrong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.\nStrong inventory investigation capabilities.\nAbility to interpret transaction history and inventory data.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities independently.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to train and support peers.\nStrong understanding of inventory controls and warehouse operations.\nCompany Values:\nMust adhere to The Gorilla Glue Company’s Core Values that ensure everyone works together to exceed expectations.\nHave fun, be passionate and show it!\nAct with integrity and respect in all relationships.\nCommunicate openly and appreciate the effort of others.\nEmbrace knowledge, growth, and change.\nStrive for excellence in what we do every day!\n\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop, reach, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see and use repetitive motions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds of material, boxes, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as reading handwritten and or typed material and must have the ability to focus.
